Going Wild in Norfolk
Sorry I haven't been on line much - B has been very busy so I haven't had chance to get on the Laptop recently but now I have pushed her off and gained control of the key board!
I have just got back (well ok in doggy years several months ago but you humans have a different take on time) from a great holiday in very sunny Norfolk - what a great place for Doggys! It was a holiday of firsts - my first trip on the bus (riding at the back is the best), first time I ate Crab (Yummy but B says it wont be a regular thing), First time I sniffed a crab (oooh pinchy!) and the first time I had to drink out of a bowl with Rabbit written on it (just glad non of my mates saw me!) It was a great holiday and I did LOADS of swimming, some on my own and some with Lily - B just did paddling and P sat in his beach tent or flew the kite (he is funny cos he hates SAND - how can you hate sand it is ACE!) I also went for some mega long walkies along the mud flats - oooh lovely mud!!
Walking along the beach with P
Lily tries to helpQuality hole that!
I had a really good dig - I dug and dug and dug and dug at my hole - it was the best one on the beach! Is it a Seal, Is it a shark - No it is little old me!
On the long trip there and back we stopped at a place called Clumber Park - I got to really stretch my legs playing frisbee and sat nicely while P & B ate their lunch (even got a bit of B's soup as a reward!) It is a great place for Doggies and apparently we will be having a proper day out there - which is great cos I couldn't help but notice the LAKE!!! and I didn't even get to dip my paws in!
Other than going on Holiday I have mostly been chilling, going some nice walkies to all my fave places like Cuerdon and the Beacon.
But this week I have a very important job - I am helping to look after next doors Guinea Pigs Ruby and Oatie! it is a very important job - I have to supervise their feeding to make sure B is doing it right and I have to guard the door at night incase they break out and get into trouble. I have been asking whether I could increase my role and maybe do a little quality control on their food - B says No but I will keep trying. I am not really sure what a Guinea Pig is - they are bigger than Gerbils and when I cry to them they squeak back at me! I am kind of glad they are not staying for ever (P says I am a green eyed monster) cos I dont mind sharing B&P with the Gerbs but I dont really want to share them with anyone else
Hope you like my hols pics :D
